Welcome to Blue Marlin Dive on Gili Trawangan.
Located on the largest of the three Gili islands (just off Lombok, Indonesia), it is the perfect setting for all your diving needs and requirements boasting white sandy beaches, Crystal clear waters, diverse reef systems and wrecks. Blue Marlin Dive, Gili Trawangan offers something unique for every diver from complete novices to advanced trimix technical divers. When your not diving you can just kick back and enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the Island, or if you prefer the island also offers a vibrant night life and social scene.
Blue Marlin Dive Centre offers a full range of services including accommodation and popular restaurant serving fresh local and western food including a nightly beachside barbeque and our beachside bar and pool for sunset and ocean views.
We offer three daily fun dives to dive sites located around all three Gili islands, all just a short boat trip form the dive centre. Blue Marlin Dive is also a five star PADI Instructor development centre, offering the full range of PADI courses and specialties from Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water course to PADI Divemaster and Instructor Development Courses all in a variety of languages (see below).
We will take you to numerous dive sites offering a stunning range of marine life and corals where you can dive with sharks, turtles, bumphead parrotfish , a variety of rays, nudibranchs, shrimp and a multitude of reef and pelagic fish.
Blue Marlin Dive has also become a world renowned hub for technical diving with world-record holding technical diving instructors, offering a complete range of courses from all major technical diving organizations including TDI, IANTD and PADI Tec Rec. Courses range from basic Nitrox to advanced Trimix on either open circuit or closed circuit (rebreather - no bubbles!)
We also offer a unique introduction to technical diving visiting a Japanese world war II wreck sitting at a depth of 45m along with daily technical fun dives to some of the deeper sites around the gilis including Tunang wall (over 100m depth) for those with a sense of adventure.
Gili eco trust have ongoing reef conservation projects including the unique bio rock project. These are man made structures fed by a low power electric current that stimulates growth in the damaged coral transplanted to the structures creating a healthy and vibrant reef environment in a previously damaged area.
We can also help arrange all you transport needs including taxi boats to the other Gili islands, fast boats to Bali and Lombok, airline tickets and livaboard dive adventures to Komodo, Moyo and Balik Papan.
