Luzon is the northernmost island group, center of government, history and economy and home to the capital.

Areas to dive in Luzon


Zambales hosts 173 kilometers of beaches, with coral reefs, diving, surfing, hotels, and day-use beach huts. The beaches are approximately a 3 to 4 hour drive from Manila, though this can vary greatly with traffic.

Quezon City

Quezon City is the largest city in Metro Manila. Its population is over 2 million people. Recently, it has become the hub of information technology in the Philippines.

Puerto Galera

Most visitors to Puerto Galera are attracted by the excellent scuba diving provided by the protected marine sanctuary. There are a number of dive shops in the area that provide access to a macro (i.e. small life) heaven.

La Union

La Union provides access to a highly varied diving experience - drop-offs, cavern diving, with an abundance of sea-life. Fagg reef is a arge flat reef at 40 feet with sharp drop-offs to the north and west sides.


This is a lovely area on the coast south of Manila. Here you will find Anilao (Mabini) which is famous for its dive sites.

Makati City

Makati, is one of the cities and municipalities that make up Metro Manila, the greater metropolitan area of Manila, the national capital of the Philippines.


Palawan is considered to be the Philippines' last ecological frontier. The province boasts of many splendid beaches and resorts and it is where the Tubbataha Reef National Marine Park, one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, is located.

Manila City

Manila, is the capital of the Philippines and one of the cities that make up the greater metropolitan area of Metro Manila. Manila is the center of government in the country and one of the central hubs of a thriving metropolitan area home to over 14 million people.
